Club Verdell Details

Ten Dogwoof DVD releases for each subscription.
DVDs will arrive about one week before the official release date
All shipping and handling charges are included, UK and Ireland only
Ability to enter for limited availability seats for upcoming Premieres e.g. Oliver Stone Q&A for South of the Border
At the end of your subscription period you can then decide to renew or not.

 
GENERAL TERMS
Club Verdell (CV) subscriptions begin effective the date of registration (we will post your first title immediately) and continue through the next nine CV DVDs released by Dogwoof. DVDs will be posted on the week of release. All postage and handling is included in the CV subscription price. There will be no additional fees on CV titles. 

Selection of CV titles is solely at the discretion of Dogwoof. 


BILLING
CV subscriptions will be charged as a one time per subscription (and one time upon each renewal), a flat fee for the entire price of the subscription. There will be no additional charges for your CV subsciption.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
CV subscriptions may not be cancelled or refunded. All CV subscription sales are final. 

Defective DVDs may be returned for a replacement within 30 days. Defective DVDs can be replaced with the same title only; we cannot exchange a defective DVD for a different DVD title or a refund. If you wish to exchange the film, please send an email to info@dogwoof.com. We will send a replacement film and a self addressed stamped envelope for you to return the defective film to us. If the defective DVD is not received within 30 days, Dogwoof reserves the right to charge the credit card on file the purchase price of the DVD. Please include a note with the returned film stating the nature of the defect, if possible. We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective subscription and other catalogue films.

RENEWAL  

Subscriptions do not automatically renew. Member's may renew the subscription at anytime before or after the subscription expires by sending an email to info@dogwoof.com
